Refund Eligibility:
Refunds may only apply where
- Delivery was not attempted
- Parcel was lost in transit
- Wrong delivery due to rider negligence
Non-Refundable Cases
- Customer refused delivery
- Incorrect address supplied
- Perishable goods spoilage
- Vendor packing damage
